Seasons at Timberline Lodge
Winter
Timberline is known for snow. A lot of snow. It blankets the landscape and creates a winter wonderland like no other place. This time of year also makes indoor weddings all the more cozy and enjoyable.
Spring
Snowy winter conditions give way to more moderate temperatures and fair weather days. Spring is a wonderful time on Mt. Hood as we welcome more blue sky days and decreasing snow levels below Timberline.
Summer
What more can you ask for. Amazing weather, comfortable temperatures, fantastic views. Summer at Timberline allows for a multitude of options – both indoor and out. Your guests can do everything from ski on our Palmer Snowfield to hike amazing trails just outside the lodge.
Autumn
The night air becomes crisp in the Fall. Timberline still enjoys frequent good weather until we get into late Fall when rain becomes more prevalent. Snow skiing is still an option, as are many other activities around the Lodge including our Magic Mile Skyride.
